Service Description

Our process begins with a 3D impression of your feet, followed by a discussion on your activity level and footwear choices. Mitchell provides a visual gait analysis to determine the best footwear and orthotic fit for your individual needs. Within 2-3 weeks of your initial appointment, your custom orthotics will be ready for a fitting to ensure proper comfort and function. Upon booking, you will receive a phone call at the phone number you provided by a Certified Pedorthist. Any questions regarding orthotics, the process, and pricing can be answered. Appointments will not be accepted without prior speaking to the customer. You must pay 50% during your first visit, and the remaining amount when we deliver the finished orthotics.
